I was very impressed with the attention to detail of Fran's artwork. I (and everyone at Ystrad Mynach Motor Club) were pleased with Fran's passion towards the subject matter and this was a particularly strong factor in myself purchasing the print. I would definatly recomment this print to anyone involved in motorsport and rallying in particular.

Well what a painting first of all. It captures Colin at his greatest. And to top if off Fran is a really good bloke. He's into motorsport and cars so knows what he is talking about.

“Commitment”…..the only word that truly encapsulates the legend that was, Mr Colin McRae.

Given this overwhelming level of commitment throughout his rallying career, I see it only fair that a painting of such quality be used to commemorate such an icon. The attention to detail is truly amazing and the fact that it was painted by a fellow enthusiast, adds a degree of sincerity – opposed to “just” an artist painting a subject.

Fran’s artwork really does speak volumes and is a necessity for any true rally fan.

I recently met fran at the Colin Mcrae Rally in perth.I purchased the print 'Commitment' it has to said that it is by far an outstanding piece of work, not only is it a piece of art it is an investment and for rally fans around the globe i hope you take this opportunity.

as soon as i saw the picture "commitment" at the mcrae stages rally i knew i was having one !!! (no.24) i then met Fran who had endless amounts of time to spend chatting to me and without trying and unbeknowing sold me no.2 of the 555 picture soon to be with us but not soon enough. i just cant wait !!! as im positive its going to be as explosive as subtle and as fitting as what "commitment is"

We saw "COMMITMENT" at the service area of Wales Rally GB, and we were immediately drawn to wards it. We had a chat with Fran who is clearly very passionate about his work. It was amazing to watch Fran working on the 555 Impreza, which is the next on our "must have" list. Fran is a true gentleman, who is paying tribute to the biggest character british motorsport has ever seen.

There are many cheap 'alternatives' out there on the likes of ebay etc. However the quality of these paintings are second to none. Frans work has been endorsed by the likes of the Red Bull Formula One Team, Nicky Grist and Colin McRae's family! You don't come across this type of product painted in such detail, to such quality with such credible endorsements. This is the real deal and would recommend time after time. These are a collectors item and a genuine piece of art!

Your work is outstanding and is far superior to other so called "limited edition prints" I have previously bought. Also the packaging is fantastic. I can't wait to see Dave's face when he opens it. Having met you at Nicky Grists' day in Abergavenny you are a really great down to earth chap and it was fascinating watching you work on Master Class at Power Station's open day. ive just received my second print from Fran ( master class )(1/800) and im speechless its now taken pride of place next to "commitment" thanks very much Fran for just being superb at what you do and please keep me informed of any more that may be on the way

We chatted with Fran at Wales Rally GB service park and watched him add fine detail to The Flying Scotsman tribute to David Coulthard. Facinating to watch him work, he is a very talented artist with natural ability,combining his hobby with a passion for motorsport. His tribute to Colin McRae & Nicky Grist entitled Commitment first caught my eye at Rally Day, i was pleased to be able to purchase a copy at the Swansea service park. Its now framed and hung and looks fantastic. I will definetly be purchasing more of Frans work in the future, the way he captures the moment and the quality of his work and materials used are acceptionally good value.

Met Fran at Rally GB whilst painting the 555 Mcrae print which was not quite finished. Brilliant guy and amazing artist and an absolutely brilliant masterpiece. I purchased the 555 print on new years day and was posted the next and received day after in great packaging to make sure not damaged.

This is a man panting with passion, a subject he loves.

As long as he paints I will always have something to put on my wish list.

Don't get me wrong, I'm Fran's son so this could appear a little on the biased side!!

Having said that, I have had the oppotunity to observe Fran as he has created these works of art. From the moment he picks up his pencil to the last stroke of his brush, the attention to detail always amazes me!

As a Mcrae/Grist fan myself, I was quick to get my hands on a copy of 'Masterclass' which I keep in my front room!!!

It is also worth me mentioning that not only is Fran maticulous in the drawing/painting, but also in it's presentation, packaging and prompt distribution to customers. I would highly recommend his work.

Knowing Fran's dedication to this is amazing. Having received a 'masterclass' picture I was extremely pleased with the quality of the picture and the speed of delivery.

I've viewed some of Fran's work and it is excellent. The paintings are full of life and drama. I bought 'Committment' (McRae & Grist) and love this action painting. I have been searching for some high quality rally artwork for sometime when I happened to find some of Fran's work on display in Merthyr Tydfil. Upon further investigation I was provide with this website address. I fell in love with "Commitment " and placed an order for it. The next morning Fran telephoned me and arranged to hand deliver the painting to my place of work. I am delighted with my purchase and would recommend Fran and his fine art work to anyone who is interested in motor sport. I bought "masterclass and commitment" for my husbands christmas last year and we love them,not only are the prints great but they were well wrapped and presented,as we attended the McRae gathering last year its nice to see Colin at his best perfectly captured in these wonderful peices of art,as he should be remembered.

i bought a print of commitment yesterday at the castle combe rallyday event,frans work instantly caught my eye,and as colin mcrae is my idol and hero,i had to have it as it captures everything that colin believed in.first class work,well done fran,and good luck with your future projects,ill definately be buying again!
