Payment & Conditions

Following confirmation of order and payment, any print purchased from action-art will be carefully packaged to prevent damage and posted via Parcel Force 48 or Special Delivery which ensure delivery within a 48 hour period unless otherwise stated.

Although standard rate postage for a single print is included in the prices it is recognised that postal charges may vary dependant upon postage destination, the type of delivery required and the number of prints being dispatched. Please feel free to contact action-art to discuss your personal requirements.

Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions at action-art

1.0 Deliveries

1.1 Deliveries are normally posted on the same day as receipt of payment.

1.2 If you choose to pay for your goods by cheque or postal order and are not known to action-art all monies may have to be cleared before orders will be dispatched. In this case delivery time may be slightly extended.

4.0 Damage or Loss

4.1 action-art prides itself on the quality of its packaging. However, in the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us via e-mail immediately.

5.1 If you wish to contact us with a query or complaint, please email us at action-art.co.uk or telephone 07890 012847. Due to the fact that the artist is also a serving police officer your telephone call may not be picked up immediately. However, action-art aims to respond within one working day.
